Learning & Teaching Expo 2018 學與教博覽2018

This is a University-School Support Programme funded by Education Bureau. This is a 19 months (2017-2019) project. It aims to provide support to teachers for developing their capacity to adopt self-directed learning (SDL) as a strategy to promote STEM education so as to strengthen students’ ability to integrate and apply knowledge and skills across different subject disciplines to unleash their innovation and nurture their entrepreneurial spirit. In this workshop, CITE and participating teachers will share the SDL and STEM framework for school implementation first. Teachers will also share their good STEM practices and the strategies as well as students’ change during the implementation.

促進以自主學習開展 STEM 教學創新的多層領導網絡計劃 (簡稱SDLS-MLN) 是一個為期一年半 (2017-2019) 的計劃。目的是爲促進及支援老師運用自主學習策略開展STEM教學，從而增强學生融會及應用跨學科的知識和技能，最終達至培養學生的創新和企業創意精神。本環節是由香港大學 教育學院 教育應用資訊科技發展研究中心聯同其中參與計劃的中小學校的分享會。我們會先介紹自主學習的理念框架及學校推行STEM教育一些可行的模式。參與計劃的教師亦會分享他們因應校情以不同模式推行STEM自主學習的相關課程設計與實踐心得，以及學生在學習上的轉變與得著。
