There are over 700 technician trainees receiving workplace learning and assessment in EMSD. The large amount of paper assessment forms has caused heavy workload to the mentors and assessors in handling the documents. In this connection, EMSD has taken the initiative to develop an online platform “Integrated Trainee Management System”. In this seminar, EMSD will share how the online platform can facilitate workplace assessment and benefit the trainees, mentors and assessors.

現有超過700名見習技術員正在機電工程署接受在職培訓及評核。因應大量傳統評核表格及其文件往來為有關導師和評核員帶來沉重的工作壓力，機電工程署自主開發了一個網上平台 -「綜合學員管理系統」。機電工程署會於研討會中，分享有關網上平台可以怎樣促進在職培訓及評核，令見習技術員、導師和評核員受惠。
